Print a work order
Print the repair order, with the work done, parts, labor and a line for the mechanic to sign.
Who can do this: Shop, Admin
Find the work order
In Shop → Work Orders, completed ones are off the list until you ask for them. Click Complete to show them.
Open it
Open WO-2026-0109.
Print it
Click Print Repair Order, at the bottom of the page.
What it shows
It has the machine and its readings, what was wrong, the work done, the parts and the labor, with a line at the bottom for the mechanic to sign.
