Export the storage list
Download the yard as a spreadsheet, the whole list or just the items you pick.
Who can do this: Storage, Admin, Dispatch, Estimating, Accounting
Filter first
The export gives you a spreadsheet of the yard. Filter the list first, because the file follows your filters.
Export everything on the list
Click Export all. It downloads every item that matches, not just this page.
Or export just some
To export only certain items, check their boxes, and click Export in the bar.
Open the file
The file opens in Excel or any other spreadsheet, with the number, description, customer, jobsite and everything else about each item.
